A very elegant sideboard designed by the renowned Danish designer Arne Vodder. Produced in the 1950s by Sibast, Denmark. This piece is of exceptional quality and timeless thanks to its minimalist and refined design. The sideboard is made of teak and features two sliding doors with three shelves behind them. The sliding doors are beautifully finished on both sides. One side of the door is teak, and the other is black. This allows you to choose whether you prefer a cabinet entirely in teak or with black details. In addition, the sideboard contains seven drawers with the iconic handles that blend seamlessly into the design. Finally, the sideboard includes a compartment with a drop-down door that conceals a shelf. Here, too, the top is covered in black Formica. Not only is it visually appealing, but it's also practical thanks to the ample storage space. The back panel is also beautifully finished in teak, so the sideboard can also be placed in the center of a room. The sideboard's legs are slender and tapered, giving it the appearance of floating above the floor and creating a sense of lightness. The sideboard measures 250 cm wide, 47 cm deep, and 80 cm high. It is marked inside with a manufacturer's plaque. Arne Vodder is renowned for his contributions to modern Danish design, particularly during the heyday of Danish furniture design in the 1950s and 1960s. He worked closely with leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen, Sibast, and Niels Vodder (his father), designing a number of iconic pieces that are still prized today for their timeless aesthetics and craftsmanship.
