Product description
This is a set of four Standard SP chairs, designed by the French engineer and designer Jean Prouvé and produced by Vitra. The iconic design is a prime example of Prouvé's structural logic, where the back legs, which bear the weight of the upper body, are more robustly designed than the slimmer front legs. The chairs have a powder-coated steel frame in a soft, mint green color. The seat and backrest are made of durable ASA plastic in a deep brown hue, creating a strong color contrast and modern comfort. The Standard SP (Siège en Plastique) is a contemporary interpretation of Prouvé's classic wooden Standard chair from 1934, developed by Vitra in collaboration with the Prouvé family for greater durability and a fresh look. This set of four chairs is in good, used condition. The construction is completely solid, and the chairs retain their original aesthetic appeal.
