About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
The Dr. NO armchair, designed by renowned designer Philippe Starck for the Italian design house Kartell, is an iconic piece of furniture that seamlessly combines functionality and aesthetics. This set of three chairs is characterized by flowing lines and the distinctive, inviting shell shape typical of Starck's innovative approach to modern furniture.
The chairs are manufactured in Italy and consist of a robust, through-dyed polypropylene seat in an elegant beige shade. This material rests on a sturdy silver-colored metal base, creating a refined contrast between the matte shell and the slender legs. The design is not only visually appealing but also extremely practical, as the chairs are stackable and designed to function both indoors and outdoors.
This set is in good, functional condition that has stood the test of time well. The chairs show characteristic signs of use consistent with their age, which contributes to the authentic appearance without compromising structural integrity. The original Kartell and Philippe Starck trademarks are clearly visible on the underside, confirming the authenticity of the set.
Thanks to their versatile and timeless design, these armchairs look excellent in various spaces. They form a stylish addition around a modern dining table, but also function perfectly as striking seating in a conservatory, office environment, or on a contemporary terrace.
