Product Description
Iconic pair of 637 Utrecht armchairs (New, never used) by the great Dutch designer Gerrit Thomas Rietveld, designed in 1935. An elegant and refined armchair upholstered in soft Ortigia/Plum velvet, of exceptional quality and tactile beauty. Famous for its pure geometric forms that embody Rietveld's minimalist and functional style. The chair has been reproduced by Cassina since 1988 and features a steel frame padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding, ensuring a balance between comfort and aesthetics. The delicate natural-thread horse-stitching emphasizes the armchair's pure, angular lines and adds a touch of understated elegance.
