An exceptional pair of elegant antique Rocaille wall lamps, gilded wood with a beautiful original patina, hand-carved, rich ornamentation (acanthus leaves, floral motifs).
These rare wall lamps are ideal for those who appreciate the charm of bygone eras. The gilded wood finish is highly decorative.
The lamps are crafted from intricately hand-carved, gilded wood and adorned with decorative acanthus leaves and Rocaille motifs over lavish scrolling foliate Rocaille frames. This detailed ornamentation is typical of the sophisticated Rococo and Neoclassical styles of the 19th century.
Made in Belgium in the early 20th century, exquisitely crafted in the classic Louis XVI style, as evidenced by a label on the back.

Socket: 1 x E14 bulb per candlestick, fitted with candle sleeves
