Product description
A beautiful example of 19th-century English taxidermy, by the renowned James Hutchings of Aberystwyth. This display case depicts two beautifully preserved pheasants in a natural setting with rocks, plants, and delicate details—including a graceful butterfly perched on the rocks.
The display case is in good condition with some signs of wear consistent with age, such as a small chip in the bottom left corner of the glass. The taxidermy itself is vibrant and intact, clearly demonstrating Hutchings' attention to detail and craftsmanship.
📏 Display case dimensions: • Width: 72 cm • Height: 58 cm • Depth: 22 cm
