Product description
1970s Italian Space Age Red Illuminated Vanity Mirror
A distinctive Italian illuminated vanity mirror dating to the 1970s, characterized by its sculptural arched silhouette, vibrant glossy red frame, and integrated lighting.
This striking vintage mirror embodies the playful experimentation and futuristic aesthetics associated with Italian Space Age design.
Its generously rounded architectural frame creates a bold visual statement, while three exposed light bulbs positioned along the upper arch evoke the glamour of classic Hollywood dressing rooms.
The combination of vibrant red, smooth sculptural contours, and illuminated mirror glass reflects the expressive character of Italian interiors during the 1970s.
The mirror features three E27 bulb sockets, compatible with standard American E26 bulb bases.
With its compact proportions and dramatic appearance, the mirror works beautifully as a statement piece in a bedroom, dressing room, entrance hall, contemporary apartment, or boutique commercial interior.
Its distinctive appearance also makes it an appealing decorative object for collectors of Italian Mid-Century Modern furniture, Space Age lighting, Pop Art design, and vintage vanity accessories.
