Mid-Century Modern table lighter designed by the renowned Flavio Poli, crafted in Murano, Italy, during the 1960s. This exquisite piece beautifully showcases the masterful sommerso (submerged) glassmaking technique. It features a vibrant, deep pink core seamlessly suspended within a heavy, flawless block of clear cubic glass. The brilliant contrast between the sharp geometric exterior and the organic, teardrop-shaped red center captures and refracts light beautifully from every angle. Topped with its original silver-tone metal hardware, this piece serves as both a functional object and a striking sculptural work of art.
