Named after the Roman arcades in architecture the Arka lounge delights with its elegance well suiting both, modern and classic interiors.
The wooden chair, designed by Yngve Ekström in 1955 and manufactured at Stolab's own factory in Smålandsstenar, Sweden. This chair is from a Swedish interior from the 1950ies. It has almost ever been used with a cushion on its seat and therefore remained in very good vintage condition. It shows aging and decent patina on the curved wooden backrest but overall is in very good condition.
The handsewn cushion is no longer with its original fabric. It had been renewed by the former owner in a beautiful Boucle fabric.
