Can I pick the item up myself from seller?

How does the Pick-Up and Advance Payment Process Work? 

As a buyer, you can arrange with the seller to pick up the item yourself: go to Chat. 

However, before arranging pick-up, you must first purchase the item through Whoppah. This ensures that the item is reserved for you and prevents others from purchasing it. Once the payment is made, you can then share personal details with the seller via Whoppah chat to arrange a pick-up time. During pick-up, we advise you to thoroughly inspect the item. If it does not meet your expectations, you can decide not to take it and claim a refund through Whoppah.
