How do I contact Whoppah?

If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, don't hesitate to contact us. We'd love to help you out!

We are currently dealing with a large number of requests and will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to your question within 3 days and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.

To avoid any miscommunication or delays, we kindly ask you to contact us through one channel only. Thank you for your understanding!

To contact the Whoppah support team, please send us an email. Keep the following in mind when reaching out, so we can help you as quickly as possible:

• Include your order number (the 12-digit/letter code you received in the confirmation email of your purchase or sale). Please type this out rather than sending it as a screenshot.
• Email us from the email address linked to your Whoppah account — the one you potentially used to place your order — so we can locate your information more easily and assist you faster.
• Include the product name, or add a URL if your question is about a specific advertisement/listing.
• Please only send one email per question. We handle emails in the order they are received, from oldest to newest. If you send multiple emails about the same question, our system registers each one as a new, separate email — this will actually increase your response time rather than speed it up.

❗️At Whoppah, we never ask for payments via QR codes, external payment links, or for you to share your email or credit card details via chat. Such requests are spam and will be blocked. We do our utmost to prevent these practices and monitor them closely. If in doubt, you can always contact us. We appreciate your vigilance in reporting suspicious activity.
