Magnificent vintage Native American/Southwestern style necklace in 925 Sterling Silver, Turquoise, and Red Jasper.
Pendant: A finely carved fetish bird in a beautiful turquoise stone (3 x 3 cm), adorned in its center with a traditional red jasper tied with crossed threads ("offering bundle").
Finishings: Two stunning, movable sterling silver feathers suspended from the base of the bird.
Chain: A 40 cm choker made of genuine liquid silver beads, embellished with turquoise tubes.
Hallmarks and Authentication: This piece is doubly signed. The maker's mark SJC (Sundancer Jewelry Co., Albuquerque) is found on the feathers, as well as the highly sought-after Turtle hallmark on the oval plaque near the clasp. The 925 mark is present in several places, guaranteeing the sterling silver.
In perfect vintage condition, superb silver patina. Carefully packaged for shipping.
