Two-light floor lamp designed by Roberto Marcati for Zeus.
Unique and very rare designer floor lamp designed by Roberto Marcati for Arcade, Zeus in 1986.
The two light diffusers face each other, allowing the room to be illuminated in two directions with a single light element. They are also adjustable. The lamp is in neat vintage condition and has a few spots on the shades and the base. This lamp is in better condition than the example that was recently auctioned at the art auction in Paris.
W 35 x D 20 x H 136 cm
Diffuser length: 23 cm
ZEUS was founded in 1984 by a group of friends who wanted to share their experiences in the fields of design, fashion, and art.
Their goal was to merge their ideas and intentionally ‘contaminate’ them. From this very instinctive original idea emerged a boutique selling its own fabric and fashion collections, an art gallery featuring Italian and foreign artists, and a minimalist avant-garde design collection. ZEUS is a self-produced and globally distributed design collection, primarily designed by Maurizio Peregalli, Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, Ron Arad, Franco Raggi, Marie-Christine Dorner, Roberto Marcanti, and Roberto Tognon.
