A beautiful and rare ceramic clog from the renowned French pottery Faïencerie de Longwy.
This authentic piece is decorated in the iconic Longwy enamel technique, featuring a thick, glossy glaze and vibrant, circled floral motifs (pink, yellow, green, and red) on a striking turquoise/blue background. The interior is a beautiful yellow.
The clog is in excellent vintage condition with the characteristic crackle in the glaze.
Stamped on the bottom: With the crown logo and the text "Décoré à la main LONGWY," confirming its authenticity and the period (circa 1950s).
