Beautiful watercolor 'Orchid' lithograph anniversary plate ceramic by Zao Wou-Ki made at Atelier Ségièrs in Moustiers.
Zao Wou-Ki (February 13, 1920 - April 9, 2013) was a Chinese painter working in France.
Zao Wou-Ki settled in Paris in 1948. He moved in the artistic circles of Montepernasse and counted Nicolas de Staël, Pierre Soulanges and Hans Hartung among his friends. His work is abstract and is a fusion of Eastern and Western techniques.
The sign was made for a 20th anniversary and issued for the employees of BSN.
