Description of the painting
In this work, a female figure lies stretched out over a deep blue background. Her posture is loose and vulnerable, almost as if she has completely surrendered to a moment of rest, fatigue, or stillness.
The figure is composed of dark greens, reddish-browns, and earthy tones. The bright red-orange hair forms a striking color accent and immediately draws attention. Contrasting with the cool blue of the background, the body gains extra warmth and presence.
