Set of 6 Vintage Wilkhahn Beech & Blue Plywood Chairs – C.1970s/80s
Beautiful set of six original Wilkhahn chairs, believed to date from the late 1970s or early 1980s.
The set comprises four side chairs and two armchairs, featuring beautifully shaped solid beech frames with distinctive moulded blue plywood seats and curved backrests. The combination of the warm natural beech and original blue finish gives the chairs a particularly striking and understated vintage character.
Wilkhahn is renowned for its high-quality German design and furniture, and these chairs are an excellent example of the company’s approach to functional, durable and elegant seating.
The chairs are solid and in good vintage condition, with minor marks and signs of normal age and use. The blue plywood and beech frames retain a very attractive original appearance.
