Jaime Parladé, one of Spain's most renowned interior designers and an icon of colonial ethnic style, commissioned a tiger painting from the Indian master for his home. The work was so well-received that Bengal tigers soon began decorating the homes of Spanish and English aristocrats who owned residences in Marbella, Spain.
The artist Parladé collaborated with continues to create to this day; he is now a recognized master who has developed his distinctive style over decades.
The painting was created using traditional natural pigments and the canvas is made of a thick, durable material that handles shipping well and allows for easy framing according to the client's preferences.
