About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
Pendant lamp produced by Aneta in Sweden during the 1970s. The fixture features a trumpet-shaped, lacquered white metal shade that flares dramatically at the base, creating a clean, architectural silhouette. An integrated translucent acrylic diffuser nests beneath the primary shade to soften the downward illumination, while a subtle upper gap and perforated top allow a decorative ring of light to escape upwards. Based in Växjö, Sweden, Aneta lighting was celebrated during the mid-century era for combining functional Scandinavian lighting principles with expressive, modern shapes fabricated from high-grade metals and plastics. Suited for suspension above a dining table or kitchen island. Very Good. Faint surface scratches and minor signs of age consistent with normal use. Fully rewired with a black fabric cord.
