Product description
This wall lamp Model C-1573 by Raak Amsterdam were designed by the Raak design team (including Nanny Still-Mackinny, Tapiovaara Wirkkala and Frank Ligtelijn). In the Raak catalog No. 9 (1972), the wall lamp was described as a study lamp, reading lamp, or lamp for lazy reading before bedtime. Ideal for the bedroom, in other words. The full-reflex louvre with its mirrored facets enhances the flow of light. The lamp contains no breakable parts and was thus used in the past in hotels and hospitals. The top plate - off-white - is recessed into the brown frame.
