Vitra Eames La Chaise – White Patina
The Eames La Chaise by Vitra is a design that sits somewhere between furniture and sculpture.
Charles and Ray Eames designed the La Chaise in 1948, inspired by Gaston Lachaise's Floating Figure. The organic form invites use, while the object simultaneously maintains its own presence in a space.
This version in White Patina has an understated, weathered appearance. The patina adds layering to the clean design and makes the La Chaise particularly suitable for an interior where materials and objects are allowed to engage in a dialogue.
