Product description
It was George Nelson himself, a prominent representative of mid-20th century American modernism, who first compared the Coconut Chair to an eighth of a coconut. But in terms of colors, the iconic and spacious armchair looks more like an inside-out coconut: the outside of the plastic shell is white, while the comfortable, one-piece seat shell is upholstered in fabric.
