Original Vitra Ad Hoc High Work standing table, designed by the renowned Italian architect and designer Antonio Citterio. The Ad Hoc collection was originally designed for Vitra in 1994 as a flexible and modular furniture system. The distinctive base with its polished metal construction, slender legs, and visible connections gives the table the typical technical and architectural appearance of Citterio's designs. This version has an impressive size of approximately 280 × 80 cm and a height of approximately 110 cm. This makes it excellently suited as a large standing table, high meeting table, or work table for an office, studio, showroom, or modern interior, for example. The Ad Hoc High Work version was specifically developed for working and meeting at standing height, allowing work to be done both standing and with high chairs at the same table. The base is finished in the characteristic polished metal and equipped with adjustable feet. The table is in good used condition. The top has some light scratches and signs of wear consistent with age and use, but the table presents very neatly overall.
