Product description
A set of two ceramic objects in the shape of stylized fish. This pair is designed to function both as decorative bookends or as small Vases. One piece once had a broken corner of a tail, but this is barely visible and has been responsibly glued. The objects are made of ceramic with a glossy drip glaze. The base is deep black, transitioning into dark blue and gray tones, and ending in a light, mint green color at the top. This technique ensures that each piece has a unique pattern. The design is characteristic of mid-20th century aesthetics. The overall condition of the set is good, retaining the vibrant colors and the glossy finish of the glaze. The character of the pieces is defined by their dynamic shape and striking color gradient. These fish are a charming addition to a bookshelf, dresser, or desk. They fit well within a vintage, retro, or eclectic interior and can serve as a subtle maritime accent.
