Product description
This is a characterful vintage woodcut print, dated 1969. Titled in Dutch "Spelen met een Oranje Zon" (Playing with an Orange Sun), this piece captures a dynamic and expressive scene with a distinct mid-century feel. The artwork is a hand-pulled woodcut on paper, a technique that gives it a bold, graphic quality. It features a striking palette of black, orange, and pink against the natural tone of the paper. The composition is a collage of figurative and abstract elements, including dancing figures and geometric shapes, signed by the artist in the lower right corner. Presented in a simple, light-coloured wooden frame with a matching mat, this piece is ready to hang. Its artistic and historical character makes it a great focal point for a gallery wall or a standalone statement in a living room, hallway, or study, fitting well with eclectic, vintage, or modern interiors.
