Product description
Beautiful vintage designer serving cart/trolley in overall great condition with signs of use (see below). Fits in both a classic and modern home/style, we can also see it doing full justice in a 'gothic' country style setting. The glass top lies over a webbing/rattan woven 'leaf' which has a beautiful design/pattern. Completely original, the wheels ride superbly. The style is linked to Louis de XVé style and/or also called the Chippendale style. Presumably 1950s period attributed, Hohnert Design, Germany was also known for this furniture. No label/maker's mark present. Nevertheless a very rare and special item. The dimensions listed further down can be given to a courier. Item is preferably not shipped, very fragile. The dimensions of the item itself are; 67.5 cm high, 71 cm wide, 41 cm deep. Height bottom plate measured from the ground; 24,5 cm, width 66 cm, depth 36 cm. Asking price 395,-, serious bids will be considered.
Glass top has a chip, not very noticeable. Around the wood here and there some small spots and nicks from use, rattan/webbing light slide marks here and there, bottom shelf some slide marks and scratches. Overall it falls fine in the good category, it has been used.
