About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
Impressive XL wall unit, made of teak (veneer) with black adjustable feet, authentic bakelite fittings and white fronts.
Designed by the Dutch designer Cees Braakman for the Made to Measure series by Pastoe in the 50s/60s.
Playful layout with plenty of storage space.
The unit has 3 cabinets with hinged doors and a removable shelf at the bottom + a drawer unit with 4 drawers.
In the middle, 3 flap cabinets, 2 of which have a white front and a removable shelf + the left one with a secretary function. On the right, a removable shelf.
At the top, 4 removable and height-adjustable shelves.
Signs of wear consistent with age, but overall in very neat vintage condition.
The white fronts have a scratch and the drawers have some touched-up veneer spots. Actually only visible in close-up.
Fully cleaned, touched up where necessary and re-oiled.
