Product description
This vintage wall light by Vrieland exemplifies the bold geometric forms characteristic of late twentieth-century lighting design. The fixture pairs a smooth, curved shade with a striking architectural bracket, creating a compelling contrast between soft and rigid elements. Constructed with a white metal shade, the lamp is distinguished by its clear, layered acrylic mounting bracket that exhibits a subtle green tint, reminiscent of thick glass. The fixture is designed to cast an upward wash of light, providing atmospheric illumination. It retains its original manufacturer's label, confirming its Vrieland provenance and specifying a maximum 60W E27 bulb capacity. The piece remains in good vintage condition, retaining its structural integrity and original finish. The materials display a natural patina consistent with age, adding to its authentic character. This wall light is well-suited for contemporary or retro-inspired interiors, offering both sculptural interest and functional ambient lighting. It serves as an excellent accent piece in hallways, living areas, or bedrooms.
