Product description
Unique Kilim and Rug Cushions, these are made from old handmade kilims and rugs, often Turkish ones. My cushions have the best quality fabric backing with a heavy-duty zip. Have a look at all cushions and brighten up your home.
These cushions are made from old and antique kilims and rugs, some may have fading, color variations, and sometimes signs of old repairs. Please check photos carefully.
Hand-knotted Turkish kilim and rug pillow cover, size is 60 x 60 cm.
Fashioned (cut and stitched) from 40-80 years old hand-knotted old & antique Turkish kilims. Kilim is a handwoven rug. Colored with vegetable dyes. Material is wool. Back side is cotton fabric with hidden zipper.
Pictures in this listing are exact photos of the pillow. Photos are taken in daylight, but on the screens of different computers, the colors of pillow photos can be a little different than the original. Each pillow cover is unique. You can find similar covers in my shop cut from the same kilim. There may be some minor deformation in some motifs but they are fixed and the product is ready to use. Cushion cover sold without insert.
CHILD LABOR? NO THANK YOU.
Children belong in school and not at the loom. It is therefore a matter of course for us to only offer carpets that have been manufactured under fair conditions and without child labor. We attach particular importance to humane working conditions and do not tolerate child labor at our producers. That is why we are involved in the Care & Fair initiative against child labor in the carpet trade.
