Product description
Vintage freestanding coat rack from the 1960s, designed by Willy Van Der Meeren for the Belgian manufacturer Tubax. This coat rack is made of chrome-plated steel and features a sleek, minimalist design typical of the functional modernism for which Van Der Meeren is known. At the top, there are multiple hooks with black plastic ends. The stable tripod base ensures that the coat rack stands firmly. A beautiful and practical example of Belgian mid-century design that is both functional and decorative in a hallway, office, or vintage interior. The coat rack is in good vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with its age.
