Product description
Vintage Trieste-style beech wood folding chair with a simple geometric frame, slatted seat, warm teak-finish, and slim folding profile. One available.
Closely inspired by the iconic Trieste folding chair associated with Aldo Jacober and Pierangela d’Aniello, this example has the characteristic square angular frame, horizontal backrest, and slatted wooden seat of the celebrated mid century design. From a Spanish furniture retailer, marked with label “Muebles Gonzalez, Av. Habana 68, Orense”.
Its compact folding construction (almost completely flat when not in use) makes it particularly useful as a dining chair, desk chair, or guest chair. Would work well mixed with other mid century chairs on an eclectic dining table.

Condition
Good vintage condition with normal age-related wear and some small scratches to the wooden surfaces. Original Spanish retail label attached. Folding mechanism is functional. Very sturdy seating. Please review photographs closely for surface condition.
