ProfessionalProduct description
Beautiful terracotta vase by Sicilian artist Stefania Boemi dating from 2010. The sculptor was inspired by ancient Sicilian legends of love and revenge between a Moor and a young girl. Unique piece and entirely handmade in the pure Sicilian tradition. This model of very large size represents a head of Moor surrounded by figs of barbarians. Beautiful monochrome gray matte color with natural pigments. A second vase also available to create a pair. Very fragile piece so hand-delivered advised. Good condition. Height 42 cm.
