Product description
This highboard exudes a sense of calm and warmth. The teak wood has a beautiful depth, appearing rich and vibrant, giving the piece a pleasing presence in the room.
Designed by Svend Aage Madsen, the piece is evident in its fine details. The clean lines of the front are softened by intricately crafted drawers, whose gently curved lines add interest and character. Behind the doors lies ample storage space with a well-thought-out layout. One side features several shallow drawers, ideal for smaller items such as documents, collectibles, or cutlery. The other side offers an open compartment with pull-out shelves, perfect as a small bar or a convenient work surface. A larger compartment with two adjustable shelves is located in the center.
The proportions are well-balanced; the highboard stands securely on its slender legs and, despite its size, appears pleasantly light. Some signs of age-related wear are present on the surface.
