Vintage teak desk designed by Svend Åge Madsen for the Danish quality brand Falster Møbelfabrik, 1960s.
High-quality desk. Beautiful statement piece. You don't come across this model very often. Solid teak legs, gracefully tapering. The legs can be unscrewed, making the desk easy to transport. Finished in a warm teak tone with beautiful visible wood grain.
The desk features a drawer unit on each side equipped with 3 smoothly operating drawers. The top one can be locked with the accompanying key. Elegant brass fittings and organically shaped handles give the desk character.
The tabletop has an elegant rounded edge, and even the corners are beautifully organically shaped. The desk can be used against a wall or freestanding thanks to the open (book) compartment at the front. A stunning eye-catcher. In excellent condition. Marked on the inside. Dimensions
