About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This vintage chair, designed by HW Klein for the Danish manufacturer Bramin, dates back to the 1960s. Its design is characterized by clean lines and the distinctive, gently curved backrest typical of Scandinavian mid-century design.
The chair is crafted from solid teak, whose warm, brown hue exudes a natural elegance. The seat is made of woven paper cord, a material known for its durability and comfort. The construction showcases fine craftsmanship, such as the visible wood joints on the backrest, which add further refinement to the design.
The chair is in good condition, with an authentic patina that reflects its history and use over the decades. The structure is stable, and the woven seat is intact, highlighting the high quality of its original craftsmanship.
This piece of furniture would be a perfect fit for modern or classic Scandinavian interiors. It is ideal as a standalone piece at the desk or as a complement to an existing dining room set, where it impresses with its timeless aesthetic.
