About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This vintage table lamp features the iconic mushroom shape, a beloved silhouette from the mid-twentieth century. The design is characterized by a fluid, organic form that immediately catches the eye and makes a subtle statement in the room.
Crafted from glass, the lamp displays a refined swirl pattern in white and transparent shades. This marbled effect ensures a soft, diffuse light distribution when the lamp is switched on. The construction consists of a single piece, with the base seamlessly transitioning into the shade, attesting to skilled glassblowing techniques. The lamp is equipped with a transparent cord with an integrated switch.
The object is in very neat condition, befitting its age. The glass is intact and the original finish has been well preserved, contributing to the authentic character of this vintage piece.
This mushroom lamp comes into its own perfectly in a Mid-Century Modern or Scandinavian interior. Placed on a sideboard, nightstand, or side table, it adds warm, atmospheric lighting to the living room or bedroom.
