About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an authentic vintage soda siphon, manufactured by the renowned English brand Sparklets from London. The object is a classic example of mid-20th century bar accessories, recognizable by its iconic construction of a glass bottle encased in a woven metal mesh.
The siphon was manufactured in England and consists of a combination of durable materials. The inner bottle is made of thick glass, protected by a robust, silver-colored metal casing. The spray mechanism is made of metal and bears the manufacturer's inscriptions. A subtle red line on the glass indicates the maximum fill line, a functional detail that contributes to the authentic character of the piece.
The overall condition of the soda siphon is good and consistent with its age, with a patina that enhances its vintage character. The object retains its structural integrity and is a beautiful decorative piece that evokes the atmosphere of a classic cocktail bar. The siphon comes with its original dip tube.
This Sparklets siphon is a stylish addition to a bar cart, sideboard, or display cabinet. It fits perfectly within various interior styles, from Art Deco and industrial to an eclectic or classically furnished space, where it can serve as a historical and decorative accent.
