Product description
Very beautiful, linear vintage Sideboard from the Mid-Century era with a striking, vertically grained wood surface. The strictly geometric design, the continuous narrow frame, and the recessed black base give the furniture a distinctly elegant and architectural appearance. The front consists of two large, side-hinged double doors. Thanks to the almost continuous veneer pattern, the two doors appear visually as a single calm surface when closed. In the middle there is a discreet black clasp or lock fitting. Inside, the Sideboard is divided in the middle. Both areas have a shelf, offering generous storage space. The significantly lighter wood inside creates a beautiful contrast to the dark-grained exterior surface. Particularly characteristic is the recessed black base, which makes the body appear to float slightly above the floor. The minimalist design language and the striking veneer pattern fit very well with high-quality European furniture construction of the 1960s. Condition: The Sideboard is in a beautiful used vintage condition with age-related signs of wear and light patina. Edges and surfaces show minor traces in places, but overall the furniture presents itself very well-maintained and harmonious. Dimensions: L120 x W38 x H50 cm
