Product description
This vintage sideboard is a design by William Watting for the Dutch furniture manufacturer Fristho. The piece is a characteristic example of the 'Modulus' series, known for its clean lines and modular approach, an icon of Dutch Design from the mid-20th century.
The sideboard is made of teak, combined with contrasting white lacquered drawer fronts. The construction rests on elegant, V-shaped metal legs and is finished with brass-colored details along the edges, which provides a refined look.
The sideboard has been recently restored and the overall condition of the piece is very good, with a character appropriate for its age. The woodwork has a deep, original sheen and the construction is solid and fully functional.
