Product description
The "Stable" chair, designed by Karin Mobring for IKEA in 1977, is a classic example of utilitarian Scandinavian design. Made of solid pine, the chairs have a slatted seat and ladder-style back. They have a simple yet durable form that ages elegantly with time. These chairs embody the warm, rustic feel of Swedish furniture from the 1970s and are still a cult favorite among collectors of vintage IKEA furniture.
The set retains a warm golden brown patina and shows light signs of use befitting its age. Perfect for casual dining or rustic interiors.
