Product description
Cool mid-century modern porcelain set by Schönwald - Germany, featuring a coffee/tea pot and matching lidded bowl (likely a serving/soup tureen).
This duo is part of the Form + Dekor series, designed by Swiss designer Hans Theo Baumann, known for his clean, geometric mid century aesthetic. The bold purple banding and minimalist form are classic 1960s–1970s modernist design.
Both marked on the bottom, also with the artists signature: H. Th. Baumann.
The tea/coffee pot is in great condition, the bowl is also in very neat condition but the lid has two chips on the inside (not visible whatsoever from the outside).
