Product description
Beautiful set of two original West German Vases by the renowned manufacturer Scheurich, executed in the iconic and much-loved 'Koralle' (coral) relief decor. This organic design with wavy lines and oval motifs is an absolute Mid-Century Modern classic from the 60s/70s. The Vases complement each other perfectly in texture and color: • Jug Vase with handle (Model 488): Executed in a warm ocher yellow/brown hue with beautiful dark accents. • Cylindrical Vase (Model 288): A lighter model with a rustic beige/sand-colored glaze, which highlights the relief beautifully. Both Vases are marked on the bottom with the original model number and "W. Germany". Condition: The Vases are in excellent vintage condition. No chips, hairline cracks, or restorations (see photos). Dimensions: (Tip: Please fill in the exact height in centimeters here after measuring them!) • Large Jug Vase (488): approx 27cm high • Small Vase (288): approx 16cm high
