Private sellerProduct description
Beautiful vintage Scandinavian lounge chair with matching footstool, from an old furniture collection. This is an old showroom model / old stock that was not normally used in a home. As a result, the set is in very beautiful original condition. The armchair is constructed from bent laminated wood with a strong fabric support structure and thick, deeply tufted cushions. The beige upholstery has a natural linen-like texture and has been professionally cleaned. The design shows strong similarities with Scandinavian lounge chairs attributed to the Norwegian designer Ingmar Relling and the Siesta family. However, there is no original factory sticker present, therefore the set is not offered as an officially confirmed Relling model. • Armchair + matching footstool • Vintage showroom model / old stock • Approx. 60s–70s • Bent laminated wooden frame • Beige woven fabric / linen look • Professionally cleaned • Very comfortable seating • Beautiful original condition considering its age A special and atmospheric vintage design set that comes into its own perfectly as both a statement piece and a comfortable lounge chair.
