This is a striking vintage lidded jar from the 1970s, made in India. The piece immediately stands out due to its unique combination of ruby red 'bubble' glass and a decorative metal frame. The jar is made of deep red glass with an enclosed bubble pattern, set in a silver-colored metal cage with a diamond motif. The matching lid has an ornate pinecone-shaped knob and is decorated with red glass cabochons. The base is finished with felt to protect surfaces. This jar is in good vintage condition consistent with its age and adds an authentic character.
