About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This vintage magazine rack is made of rattan and reflects the characteristic organic design of the mid-twentieth century. The design stands out with its curved lines and wickerwork, giving the object an airy and natural character. The construction consists of a sturdy frame of bent rattan, complemented by fine mesh wickerwork on the sides. The material shows a warm, natural brown hue typical of untreated or lightly varnished rattan from this period. The magazine rack is equipped with a central handle for easy movement and rests on four short legs with protective caps. The object is in good condition, appropriate for its age and previous use. The structure is intact except for 1 slat in the bottom, and the wickerwork has retained its original shape, with an authentic patina that contributes to the vintage look. This piece of furniture fits perfectly into an interior with a Bohemian or Vintage style. It offers a practical and aesthetic solution for storing magazines and newspapers next to an armchair or sofa.
