Beautiful vintage mounted deer head with glass eyes, red deer doe bust, mounted on an oak shield, vintage taxidermy from the late 20th century, specifically January 1997. This animal originates from France, Lancôme, marked on the back.
It is a CEF, which is a French abbreviation for Cerf Élaphe Femelle, a female red deer.
A beautiful and stately animal, mounted with great respect; the deer has a natural look and pose, impressive size, a real eye-catcher in your interior!
This object is in very good vintage condition; the ears are also in good condition, although they are usually completely dried out as is often the case with vintage taxidermy. Check the photos for more details!
