Absolute collector's set for lovers of Italian high-end design from the 1970s, from the first owner. For sale is an extremely rare set consisting of four original vintage high-back chairs from the Ycami Collection, designed by the legendary designer Tito Agnoli. Authenticity is guaranteed by the original embossing on the underside of the chairs ("Ycami Collection – Made in Italy – Design Tito Agnoli"). The special feature of this version: In contrast to the more commonly found standard models with low backrests or matt/color-coated profiles, this is the sought-after high-back variant with an elegant frame made of highly polished aluminum. The striking, vertically ribbed silhouette of deep black leather is perfectly complemented by the delicate, silver-shining spider legs. This specific combination of materials and form is an absolute rarity on the vintage market and hardly to be found a second time online. Condition and important notes: Leather & Aluminum: The black leather is in a very good and well-maintained vintage condition appropriate for its age, with a beautiful patina. No deep cracks or major damage. The polished aluminum frames have normal age-related signs of wear/scratches (see detailed pictures). Underside / Screws: On the underside, one connecting screw is missing from three of the chairs. This does not restrict the basic stability for presentation but should be supplemented with a suitable standard screw from a specialist retailer to ensure full load-bearing capacity in everyday use. Feet: The original plastic glides on the feet are missing. These can be easily retrofitted by the buyer as needed (e.g., with universal felt or plastic glides for tubular and metal furniture).
