Product description
For sale is a beautiful, 3-piece Mid-Century bookcase system by the Danish manufacturer Poul Hundevad (Hundevad & Co., Made in Denmark). The modular system is made of high-quality teak wood and impresses with the elegantly curved sides of the outer bookcases. Features & Highlights: * 3-piece set: Two outer bookcases and a secretary middle section with a fold-out writing flap and a lower cabinet compartment. * Includes flexible drawer organizer: The original inner element with 3 drawers is completely present and flexibly usable. * Freshly maintained: The wood has been gently reconditioned and cared for with brand polish. The teak wood shines again in a beautiful, warm tone! Notes on condition & completeness: The system is in an honest, good vintage condition with slight, age-related signs of wear: * Defects on shelves: One shelf has a darker stain from an old liquid, on another there is a minimal wood-typical splintering at the edge. Both shelves have been moved to the very top – due to the total height of the bookcase, these small flaws are completely invisible in everyday use. * Missing shelves: The original shelves are missing in the open, middle bookcase compartment. These can be easily supplemented by the new owner according to their own wishes (e.g., from real teak wood). An absolute design classic and eye-catcher that forms a perfectly straight, harmonious line when assembled! * Total dimensions: 138.5 cm x 195 cm x 43.5 cm (W x H x D) * For self-pickup only or pickup via Whoppah courier service.
