A set of Just Andersen Danish pewter serving dishes and bowls, produced by Just Andersen AS in the 1940s and 1950s. The serving dish and bowl are in good vintage condition and marked with the Just triangle. Andersen triangle. Size cm. in.. : Dish : W : 20.7 8.15, D : 14 5.51, H : 2.8 1.1 Bowl : W : 5.7 2.24, D : 5.7 2.24, H : 5.5 2.17 Just Andersen 1884-1943 was born in Godhavn on the island of Disko, located in West Greenland. His parents were inspectors and probate managers in North Greenland. Just Andersen's creative gene was obviously stimulated and developed during his childhood.
