Product description
A set of three vintage Oscar armchairs, designed by Harri Korhonen for the Finnish manufacturer Inno Interior Oy. This design is a characteristic example of postmodern design from the 1980s, known for its unique combination of materials and geometric shapes.
The armchair is constructed from a black metal tubular frame that forms a robust and graphic base. The seat consists of a thick, comfortable cushion upholstered in dark brown leather, offering a warm contrast to the sleek frame. The curved, black backrest and the leather-covered armrests contribute to the distinctive silhouette and seating comfort. This model, designed in 1982, is a recognized piece within Finnish design.
The overall condition of the armchairs is good and consistent with their age and use. The leather has developed an authentic patina that adds to the character of the chairs. The structure is solid, and the chairs retain their original aesthetic value, making them a durable addition to any interior.
These Oscar armchairs are versatile and fit perfectly in a living room, office, or lounge area. They function well as a standalone set or as accent chairs within an eclectic or modern furnished environment.
